The data controller, which collects and processes your personal data in connection with sending this application, is the Global Business for Ukraine Association, registered at the address: Gotthardstrasse 26, Zug, 6300, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as “the GB4U Association”).

 

The GB4U Association collects and processes the following personal data (if provided by you): your last name, first name, contact phone number, and corporate email address of the primary contact person.

 

The general purpose of processing your personal data is to process the membership application of the company you represent and provide the best membership experience to your company in case it is accepted into the GB4U Association according to the procedure prescribed by its Statutes and by-laws.

 

Please note that the GB4U Association and the European Business Association, a legal entity incorporated under the legislation of Ukraine registered at the address: 8 Ðœoskovska str., building 7, Kyiv, 01029, Ukraine (for correspondence: PO box No. 94, Kyiv, 01010, Ukraine), registration number (code EDRPOU) – 31811085 (hereinafter referred to as “the EBA Ukraine”) are partner organizations striving to support Ukraine as a country that could open new opportunities for businesses.

 

In order to achieve our common goals and, among others, to optimize and centralize data processing operations, as well as to provide additional benefits to your company in case it is accepted into the GB4U Association, your personal data will be transferred to the EBA Ukraine as a partner organization that will act as a data processor. Unfortunately, Ukraine as the third country has not been recognized as the country that offers an adequate level of protection of personal data neither by a decision of the European Commission nor the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) yet. However, the EBA Ukraine respects data privacy, treats your personal data with due responsibility, and has its Privacy Policy in force.

 

Particular purposes of processing your personal data are:

  1. communicating with you regarding the membership application of your company and addressing questions you may face during this process

  2. organization and registration for the GB4U Association and/or the EBA Ukraine events in the context of their statutory activities or events in which the GB4U Association and/or the EBA Ukraine acts as co-organizer (co-organizers) if you express your desire to participate in them

  3. assisting in the creation of a personal cabinet on the EBA Ukraine website (that will enable you to use the EBA Ukraine website features that are available for members of GB4U Association as the partner organization to the EBA Ukraine)

  4. offering you to participate in surveys and research that may be interesting for you which are conducted by the GB4U Association and/or the EBA Ukraine and sharing their results

  5. sending you from time-to-time e-mails that contain information about news, events, etc. that we think might interest you

  6. responding to your requests, and questions, and reacting to your concerns

 

You have the right to withdraw your consent or object to the further use of your personal data at any time. To exercise this right, contact us at the email address: office@gb4u.org (if you provide your consent to processing your personal data by the GB4U Association).
